Associate Principal Consultants
Xtensible Solutions is looking for experienced Associate Principal Consultants to join our team. Requirements for the Associate Principal Consultant position are:
- BS or MS degree
- 10+ years consulting and professional services experience
- Successful record of developing client relationships
- Established record of leading projects and cross-functional teams
- Strong people skills as well as a team player with the ability to work with all types and levels of clients and customers both technical and non-technical
- Budget management skills
- Ability to provide feedback to Xtensible management in the following areas: business strategy, solution development, market requirements, operational process improvements, future business models, value proposition, and proposal development
- Must be comfortable using our full range of enterprise data integration tools and methods
- Frequent overnight travel required

Senior Data Warehouse Analyst/Modeler
Xtensible Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Data Warehouse Analyst/Modeler to work with our customers in the electric utility industry. The successful candidate should offer demonstrated success in an enterprise data warehouse environment. You will evaluate our customers’ needs for data from an enterprise data warehouse, while working with Data Warehouse Architects and Developers to design and develop data models, ETL strategies, and corporate metadata. You will need strong data analysis skills and experience with metadata management, strong technical writing skills, as well as knowledge of principles, techniques, and best practices of enterprise data warehouse. Significant experience is required with data warehouse development, including ETL.
Additional Requirements for the position are:
- Assess data extraction, report generation, and bugs appearing in operations involving the data warehouse
- Architect, design, and develop enterprise data warehouse components, including databases and ETL
- Architect, design, and develop operational databases required for BI applications
- Provide production support to solve immediate problems and keep databases in production
- Support Xtensible’s Solution Development team by transferring knowledge gained from customer feedback, customer requirements, and perceived market direction to assist with solution design and implementation, and in establishing and delivering solution training capabilities
- Engage with the full range of enterprise information management technologies and methods while using Xtensible’s integrated methodology to focus a solution and set a clear strategy for addressing our client’s information management challenges

Senior Project Manager
Xtensible Solutions is looking for experienced candidates for a Senior Project Manager position. The qualified candidate will be the primary organizer across departments and technical implementations. You will work directly with managers to coordinate resource allocation across all departments as well as instilling a consistent and efficient development process.
Experience in the following areas will be critical factors for the successful candidate:
- Prepares project execution documentation
- Manages relationships with other client organizations, external vendors, and standards bodies
- Oversees the management of an end-to-end project budget, tracking, reporting, delivery
- Analyzes effects of new project scope upon project resources to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the required resources
- Formulates and recommends corrective measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, and work requirements
- Proven track record utilizing multiple integration and software development methodologies
- Team experience with highly integrated development projects
