Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Strategy, Roadmap and Business Case
- Provided strategy consulting to help establish utility’s EIM strategy and roadmap.
- Applied EIM to large capital projects.
Smart Metering Program
- Provided quality assurance and implementation for gas and energy utility company and was the selected System Integrator(SI) to perform data/integration architecture, semantic modeling, business process & requirements analysis, integration requirements, architecture design, and integration services design & support using the MD3i Framework and IEC CIM knowledge.
- Scope included integrating AMI, MDM, CIS and other business applications as part of the smart metering program.
Support Energy Utility Company Smart Grid Programs and Projects
- Worked with energy utility enterprise architecture group and smart grid program architects to apply standards and industry best practices, integrating SAP CIS and CRM modules to relevant AMI and smart grid applications.
- Supported internal and external activities to design and promote standards development and standards-based integration architecture at CMS, including integrating SAP with AMI, MDMS and OMS.
Outage Communication Project
- Provided Utility System Integrator (SI) services to integrate a new application to communicate outage information to customers.
- Performed data/integration architecture, semantic modeling, business process & requirements analysis, integration requirements, architecture design, integration services design, development, testing, deployment and production support using the MD3i Framework.
- Scope included integrating CIS, OMS, StormCenter, iNotify, CRM, IVR, along with integration with cloud based solutions.
MDMS Project
- Provided the Utility System Integrator (SI) services to integrate a new MDMS application.
- Performed data/integration architecture, semantic modeling, business process & requirements analysis, integration requirements, architecture design, integration services design, development, testing, deployment and production support using the MD3i Framework, IEC CIM knowledge and DXSI.
- Scope includes integrating CIS, OMS, eMeter MDMS, MV90, MVRS, WMS, EnergyVision and Data Warehouse.
DMS/OMS Project
- Provided the Utility System Integrator (SI) services to integrate a new DMS/OMS application.
- Performed data/integration architecture, semantic modeling, business process & requirements analysis, integration requirements, architecture design, integration services design, development and testing.
- Scope includes integrating CIS, DMS, OMS and MDMS.
